Thank you for your interest in Suite 100 Gallery. For gallery exhibition consideration, artists should follow the guidelines below.

All submissions should be accompanied by a resume, artist statement and a listing of imagery submitted that includes title, size, medium and date of each artwork. Include a letter with your submission that lists your name, address, phone/fax and email address.

Send only imagery that you have the right to sell. Limit your submission to no more than 40 images that best demonstrate the range and variety of your work. If your style is of interest, we may contact you to request a larger selection.

Submission by email (preferred):
• Artists should submit digital images or web site information (along with resume, artist statement and listing) to submissions@suite100gallery.com.

Submission at the gallery:
• Artists may mail portfolios or digital images on CD to the gallery, or deliver them in person during business hours or by appointment. If submitting in CD form, please include at least two color printout samples of art on the CD.
• Artists submitting in person should be prepared to leave their portfolios or CDs with Suite 100 Gallery. We will review the submissions over the following weeks.
• Send only duplicates. Do not send original artwork. Make sure all imagery is labeled with your name, address and phone number.
• Please be advised that Suite 100 Gallery will only return submissions by mail that are accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Artists may pick up their portfolios at any time.

Please know that while we make every effort to respond in some way to artist submissions, we may not be able to respond to every submission. If you have not heard back from us within two months, please feel free to send an updated submission which includes any new works you may have completed in the meantime.

Suite 100 Gallery will not be responsible for unsolicited materials lost or damaged in transit, or on our premises. If your images are selected we will request originals.

Suite 100 Gallery respects the copyright of original work, and will not use, display or distribute artists' images for any reason without prior consent. Images of artwork accepted for exhibition may be used for marketing purposes.

Contracts are negotiated upon acceptance, before exhibition.
