Susie Ghahremani is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design. Her artwork has appeared in The New York Times, Nickelodeon Magazine, Martha Stewart Kids, and has most recently been featured in work for Chronicle Books, Bank of America and Target Corporation, and the highly acclaimed nature book I LOVE DIRT.
In addition to painting, Ghahremani also crafts her own line of products incorporating her original illustrations onto stationery, apparel, jewelry and other goodies. She has received art awards from American Illustration, the Alternative Pick, and Giant Robot.

My artwork combines my love of nature, animals, music and patterns. I have a signature craft-inspired sensibility, shown by dotted lines mimicking stitching and backgrounds evoking textiles and quilting.
