Born in Edmonds, Washington in 1983, Oliver's family moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1985, where he has been residing ever since. He is a self-taught artist who started painting at the age of fifteen. He started showing at galleries at age sixteen, and found his way into a couple of museums in Arizona by nineteen. He also likes to sculpt, draw and play music.
